The fruit of a collaboration between Oli Marlow, fascinated since childhood by this aromatic note, and perfumer Marie Schnirer (Laboratoire Maelstrom), it pairs a dual lavender — a highly aromatic essential oil and an absolute with coumarinic notes of sun-dried plants — with the tangy freshness of rhubarb, a Java vetiver with smoky, earthy swirls, and an intriguing “hashish” accord. The candied accents of balsam fir sketch out an amaretto accord of mouth-watering sweetness, balanced by a dark, mysterious woody facet.
