Cacao Porcelana

With Cacao Porcelana, Atelier Materi celebrates white Piura cocoa, a rare variety cultivated in northern Peru. To fully reveal the nuances of this exceptional ingredient, the house collaborated with a master chocolatier to achieve perfectly controlled roasting.

The opening combines the richness of white cocoa with the liqueur-like accents of rum and the honeyed nuances of immortelle. Quickly, the composition gains depth with blond tobacco and davana, while jasmine adds a touch of light and elegance.

In the base, patchouli, sandalwood, and tonka bean extend this gourmandise with a woody, warm, and enveloping texture. The cocoa then reveals its natural bitterness, closer to a freshly roasted bean than to sweet chocolate.

Both gourmand, woody, and sensual, Cacao Porcelanaevokes the scent of artisan cocoa meticulously crafted, balancing milky sweetness, addictive bitterness, and contemporary elegance.
