Nuit de cellophane

Nuit de cellophane is a rarity in Serge Lutens' work: a fruity floral, evoking the world of Parisian haute couture glimpsed beneath a veil of cellophane.

Mandarin and green, fruity notes open the dance; the heart blooms an apricoted osmanthus surrounded by jasmine, lily and carnation; the base, softer, blends honey, almond and musk. A luminous white bouquet, with a summery freshness.

Composed by Christopher Sheldrake under the direction of Serge Lutens, Nuit de cellophane is happily worn by day, in spring and summer.

Expert tip

A Serge Lutens perfume favors, as far as possible, the use of top-quality raw materials of natural origin. They alone guarantee a true evolution of the perfume on the skin. The house

SERGE LUTENS

Serge Lutens, born in 1942 in Lille, is a French artist of many talents: photographer, filmmaker, fashion architect and perfume creator. After early work in hairstyling and make-up, he collaborated with prestigious magazines such as Vogue. In 1980 he began a defining collaboration with Shiseido, shaping the brand's visual identity and launching iconic fragrances such as "Féminité du bois" in 1992. In 2000 he founded his own perfume house, Serge Lutens, offering unique, avant-garde olfactory creations. Deeply influenced by Marrakech, where he acquired a residence in 1974, he draws major inspiration from the city for his fragrances. Today, the Serge Lutens house is recognised for its artistic approach and its commitment to originality and quality.
