Bois Flotté by Chambre52 evokes a stroll along a wild beach, where noble woods, cedar and sandalwood, polished by time and the waves, reveal their subtle aromas. Perfumer Nicolas Beaulieu captured this essence using salty fleur de sel notes, enriched by deep woody accords.

The fresh, spicy opening, with touches of black pepper, nutmeg and turmeric, gives way to a green, slightly powdery heart of violet leaf. The intensely woody base, composed of cashmeran, guaiac wood, patchouli, vetiver and geosmin, offers mineral depth and an elegant trail.

“Driftwood, a true invitation to travel, inspired this creation. I explored its colour, between light brown and silvery grey, using Coolwood, a molecule with damp woody facets, alongside nutmeg and turmeric leaves. For the texture, I translated the erosion of sea spray with salty notes, its polished side with Solarys, and its roughness with black pepper essence.
