Archetipo

Archetipo is an extrait de parfum from the Time Without Time trilogy, composed by perfumer Luca Maffei from a concept by Stefania Squeglia. Its name, borrowed from Greek, refers to the first model: that which precedes all form and all thought.

The top pairs fir balsam, pink pepper and a highly concentrated incense essence. The heart rests on two abstract accords: a blazing flame fed by desert candle and a dry, mineral moonstone. The base brings together patchouli, Indonesian vetiver, cashmere wood, labdanum, black amber and oakmoss, for a resinous, smoky and deeply earthy sillage.

Founded in 2012 by Stefania Squeglia, Mendittorosa is an Italian perfume house that creates limited-edition artisanal perfume extracts. Each fragrance is designed as a “prayer for the skin,” using natural ingredients and bottles handcrafted by Italian artists. The brand prides itself on being free of dyes, BHA, BHT, as well as PBA and PVC, reflecting a commitment to purity and authenticity.
