The Black Collection is the richest line from Perris Monte Carlo, the Monegasque house led by Gian Luca Perris. Eleven soliflores with dark, magnetic trails, carried by the rarest materials in fine perfumery: Tahitian vanilla, oud, Taif rose, amber, incense, Aztec cacao and osmanthus.

The Black Collection brings together Vanille de Tahiti, Santal du Pacifique, Ylang Ylang Nosy Be, Tubéreuse Absolue, Patchouli Nosy Be, Vétiver Java, Oud Impérial, Encens Sacré, Cacao Aztèque, Absolue d'Osmanthe and Rose de Taïf — eleven olfactory portraits in which each creation names its dominant material and specifies its origin (Tahiti, Madagascar, Java, Taif, Mexico).

Material-led perfumery, signed at the source

The Black Collection stands out for its carefully controlled sourcing. Gian Luca Perris personally selects the raw materials from the producers (vanilla from Tahitian growers, oud from Cambodian distillers, rose from the pickers of Taif) and composes them into soliflores that let them breathe. An auteur approach that brings perfumery closer to the sourcing of fine gourmet produce.
